Ask The Disney Moms – Gluten Free or Celiac Disney World Menus

We recently had the following question from Lori:

“My family will be going to WDW for the first time in January.  My 6 year old daughter and I are celiac (cannot consume any gluten).  Aside from eating salads & fruits during our vacation, are restaurants in WDW aware of celiac & do they accommodate our needs?  Are there some restaurants that would be better than others?  Thanks!”

Disney wants everyone to have a wonderful vacation, including those that are celiac or gluten-free!  With the increase in those that must be on this diet to maintain a magical trip, Disney now offers specific menus in their parks catered specifically to children like your daughter.  Here are the menu items currently being offered:

Disney World All Parks Gluten Free Menu

Disney World Downtown Disney Gluten Free Menu

Disney World Water Parks Gluten Free Menu

Remember, you can always stop in any guest services to request additional information on any special diets or other special needs situations.  Guest services is located on the left of any of the 4 Disney World theme parks after entering the parks.

If you have any questions of The Disney Moms, please be sure to ask them here.  Thanks!
