Ask The Disney Moms – Princess Costumes for Older Children

We recently had the following question from Caitlin:

“We would like to plan a trip to Disney World for next October. My daughter will be 12. She loves that she can ” still be a kid at Disney” and wants to dress like a princess one evening while we are there. She is tall 5’3″ right now. Do you have any suggestions on how to make her a princess? We were also thinking of family themed costumes for my husband, then 9 year old son, daughter and myself. Do you have a few suggestions for that too?”

I would suggest that you look for a costume made for adult women.  Really, there are many, many of these costumes that will fit her.  Finding them before you head to Disney will save you quite a bit of time and money as well!  Check out Amazon here for many different costume ideas for women.

If you have any questions of The Disney Moms, please be sure to ask them here.  Thanks!
